The dealership is like any other. They have a great selection of cars. The staff is friendly. And knowledgeable. Like any dealer though there’s the added bonus of up selling things you may not need. Ultimately it doesn’t stop me from going there I’ve leased 2 cars from this place and will probably lease a 3rd.

Factory ordered a 2022 Rubicon with Ambika Sharma. She made the entire process super easy and frictionless. Hardest part was waiting the 6 months for delivery from the factory.

The former Schlossman’s-owned dealership very recently was bought by City of Chicago. Most staff still there. I had a non-starting 2016 RAM Limited Ecodiesel that had to sit at the dealership for a part that was back-ordered (fuel pressure sensor-regulator). I lost the use of my vehicle for 10 1/2 days. It would have been appropriate to offer a courtesy or loaner vehicle - especially since this mechanical issue was known to Ram and was covered under a special extended manufacturer warranty. The service department staff were attentive as usual, but maybe the changing owners and some procedures affected daily work.

Matt took care of what I came in for and more. I worked in car dealerships in the parts and service for over 40 years. I was under the impression the customer had to sign for all quotes or changes. I do not remember requesting an inspection which was done. I was expecting a test of the engine light and the thermostat replacement. I was charged also for an Inspection. We went to a number of dealerships in Wisconsin and Illinois, and our experience was that many of the sales people were incredibly pushy, manipulative, and dishonest. I worked with James Lexa and he was great. He helped a few years back lease a Cherokee and then buy out the lease. He then assisted me with building a new Wrangler to lease.
