Finance dept was terrible. Poor finance department. 1st vehicle I tested did not have working AC(new vehicle) and the vehicle I bought, the GPS and digital compass doesn't not work and I need to take back in already for warranty repair.

Pretty good experience with the purchase. Worked quickly to come up with an agreement during a busy day. Added an extra warranty we didn't want, but took care of it when we noticed it. Forgot to give us the 2nd key but we were able to pick it up when we had time to stop to pick it up.

I purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from CDJRF of Brookfield in June 2025. I was told the vehicle had no issues and had a clean Carfax. Within days, I discovered a major roof leak on the passenger side whenever it rained.
The Jeep was also sold dirty and with bad tires. The dealership replaced two tires, but despite three separate visits to address the roof leak, it was never repaired.
