Troy was an awesome salesperson. We traveled a couple of hours to see the truck we eventually bought. Troy had everything set for us when we arrived, and although the truck was a Ford (at a non-Ford dealership) he was knowledgeable about the truck and showed us several features. One big disappointment was Jake McDermott who didn't honor the trade-in price Austyn and I agreed to over the phone. Jake's trade in offer was 15% lower, and he wouldn't negotiate despite me explaining that Austyn and I already discussed it. I would not recommend trading in your car ...

Jonathan is amazing, and is great with updating you with when you vehicle will be ready, what's wrong with it and even helped me get a loaner card when I said I couldn't be without a car for the weekend. Amazing service, and this is my go-to service team now that I live in Wisconsin.

I would have rated the Dealership higher except for the confusion after my purchase where they repossessed my car that was disturbing and hurtful because I was working with them as best I could but was treated like a criminal. Though with smiles.
