It started off with a rocky start in service… We got a service bulletin to complete a recall that continued to make my 2020 Dodge Ram truck battery die. I made an appointment, took the day off, for them to bring my truck in and tell me they didn’t need to complete any updates, nothing is wrong with it and it’s already up to date!!!??? Why would they send the letter in the mail??? Then they said I was 2 months outside of my warranty so they couldn’t check to see what was going on with my battery as ...

Even though there were nationwide software issues, we had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our 2024 Jeep Compass and our 2022 Hyundai Ioniq from City this week. Alex seemed very annoyed when I wanted to negotiate flexibility, which there was none. Austyn was knowledgeable and friendly. After I committed to purchase I didn’t feel like a priority at all despite cash on hand. Felt like I waited forever despite there being a small amount of customers there. The only issues that I had while buying my truck was that David Vela was not knowledgeable about the state law of needing to display both license plates-he told me in Wisconsin you only have to display one, that is absolutely not true! He also told me that the truck I was buying came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty because it was certified. I found out otherwise during signing g of the paperwork that that was not true, that it was not certified and did not have that warranty attached. I also asked him if they could get ...
