I purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from CDJRF of Brookfield in June 2025. I was told the vehicle had no issues and had a clean Carfax. Within days, I discovered a major roof leak on the passenger side whenever it rained.
The Jeep was also sold dirty and with bad tires. The dealership replaced two tires, but despite three separate visits to address the roof leak, it was never repaired. I had a pleasant conversation with him and worked out a suitable deal on the vehicle I wanted. I reluctantly returned to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. The return visit felt more transparent, possibly because they knew I was an informed buyer.
